4. Receiving Email when a spare part falls below the minimum threshold

Problem​

Be notified by email each time a spare part's stock falls below the minimum threshold.

Setup​

  • We use the no-code platform Zapier for this integration.
  • You can also use another no-code tool based on a “trigger → action” model, such as Make.
  • If you follow this tutorial:
    • Please create an account on Zapier to perform the integration.
    • Use an admin Mobility Work account to add the webhook.

Steps 1 : create the Zap​

Create a zap

Chose catch hook event

Go to the test step to get the listener URL, and copy it.

Steps 2 : add a WebHook on Mobility Work​

On network setting

Use to integration tab

Add a new WebHook

  • set Zapier URL listener on URL field
  • set “when a spare part fails below the minium stock” on Trigger field

Steps 3 : test the listener​

Use a spare part that Amount is higer than Minimum stock

Changea amount to be lower than Minimum stock to trigger the WebHook

  • The trigger will send a webhook to your Zapier listener.
  • Your field mapping between Zapier and Mobility Work is correctly set up.
